Welcome
The challenge is to eat a kilogram of your chosen food in 90 minutes or faster. An entire kilo must be eaten, so apple cores, orange peels and chicken bones are not counted in the weight. It must also consist of just a single foodstuff. Your kilo may be mixed with other foods before eating, but all extras must be added weight on top of the original kilo. Finally, your prepared meal must pass the “penny test”: support a coin (traditionally a British penny or 5-pence piece) dropped from a low height without letting it sink below the surface.
Here you will find a record of all known Kilo Challenge attempts, successful or not. You can also submit your own results to have them added to the database.
